Privacy Policy

Holistic POV Consulting, LLC ("HPOV," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information you provide through hpovconsulting.com (the "Site") and through our engagement and recruitment processes. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Contact information — name, employer or current firm, title, email address, phone number.
- Inquiry content — the message, project description, or career interest you submit.
- Application materials — for Join HPOV applicants, the resume and optional cover letter you upload.
- Technical data — IP address, browser user agent, timestamps, and standard server logs used for security and abuse prevention.
- Analytics — aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics about how visitors interact with the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to inquiries and discuss potential engagements;
- evaluate candidates who apply to join the firm;
- send transactional messages directly related to your inquiry or application;
- operate, secure, and improve the Site; and
- comply with legal obligations applicable in the United States.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
3. TCPA Consent — Calls and Text Messages
HPOV complies with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 ("TCPA"), and applicable FCC regulations. If you provide a phone number and affirmatively check the consent box on our contact form, you give your prior express written consent to be contacted by HPOV at that number for purposes related to your inquiry or application, including by:
- live voice calls;
- autodialed or prerecorded/artificial-voice calls; and
- SMS or MMS text messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on the status of your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of receiving any goods or services from HPOV. You may still contact us by email if you prefer not to provide phone consent.
How to revoke consent. You may revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable means, including by:
- replying STOP to any text message we send you;
- asking us during a call to stop contacting you; or
- emailing operations@hpovconsulting.com with the subject line "REVOKE CONSENT."
Reply HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests promptly, and in any event within the time required by law.
4. Recipients of Your Information
Submissions, including applicant materials, are routed to HPOV's operations and talent leadership for review. We may share information with trusted service providers that host our Site, store files, and deliver email on our behalf, all under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
Client inquiries are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and document the engagement lifecycle. Applicant materials are retained for up to 24 months for talent-pipeline consideration unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information you submit, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us by emailing operations@hpovconsulting.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
9. Jurisdiction
The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for U.S. audiences. This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which HPOV maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
